Why this exists

Most local service businesses end up patching their marketing together from four or five vendors: one company built the website, another runs the SEO retainer, a third does the Google Ads, a fourth manages the booking software, and nobody owns the customer journey end-to-end. Each vendor reports its own slice of the work, the slices don't line up, and the owner is left trying to translate four dashboards into one answer to the question that matters: is the phone ringing more than it was last month?

This is the standard model. It is also bad. It produces local businesses who pay $4,000–$8,000 per month in aggregate to vendors and cannot tell you what any of it is doing. The work AxyTech does is the opposite: one team, one engagement, every layer accounted for, one number at the bottom (revenue or qualified leads) that we can move.

What we work on

Seven layers of local marketing, run as one system:

  1. The website — built for speed, schema, and conversion, not for portfolio screenshots.
  2. The Google Business Profile — claimed, fully built, run weekly.
  3. Local SEO — citations, on-page, technical foundation, internal linking.
  4. Visibility in AI assistants — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude. The new generation of search where most local businesses are silent.
  5. Reviews and reputation — a system that turns happy customers into 5-star reviews and catches unhappy ones privately.
  6. Capture and operations — the booking, intake, scheduling, and payment plumbing that turns a phone call into a delivered job.
  7. Loyalty and reactivation — the lifecycle marketing that turns one job into a five-year relationship.

You can engage us for any subset. We will tell you what the bottleneck is and which layers are actually moving the needle. We are not interested in selling you SEO when your problem is your website, or selling you a website when your problem is your Google Business Profile.

Where we work

AxyTech is based in Greenwich, CT. We work with service businesses across the Greenwich–Westchester corridor: Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, Westport, Norwalk in Connecticut, and Rye, White Plains, Scarsdale, Mamaroneck, Harrison, New Rochelle, and the rest of lower Westchester County in New York. We also work beyond the corridor when the business has a clear local-service problem we can solve.

Industries we serve

The categories where the work is personal and the customer relationships compound:

  • Home services — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, garage doors, pool, pest, painting, and adjacent trades.
  • Wellness and practices — med spas, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic, tutoring, boutique fitness, martial arts, dance studios.
  • Restaurants and hospitality — independent restaurants, cafés, takeout, small local chains.

If your business depends on being found, trusted, booked, and remembered by local customers, we are likely a fit. The free visibility check tells us where the first bottleneck is before you commit to anything.

How we work

Engagement starts with the free visibility check — three business days, concrete findings, no pitch. If we both decide there's a fit afterward, we usually start with a project: website rebuild, profile rebuild, visibility cleanup, or review-system setup. After that, lightweight maintenance can start in the $200-$500/month range, with broader local-marketing retainers scaling up only when we are running more of the stack. Engagements are month-to-month after the initial setup window.
